I just recently got a bbl 2 weeks ago and it seemed to be good and getting bigger as the days past however today it seems like my bum and hips have shrinked significantly and it's becoming stressful to think I spent the money I did and went through the pain I did to not end up with the desired results or somewhat close to the desired results, will I get bigger or is this it? I know they say wait 3 months but this is nerve wrecking.
From what I'm understanding, the fluffing stage is when the skin finally has stretched the meet the capacity needs of the new fat- which actually makes it look slightly larger/fuller and rounder as opposed to stiff and blocky. But what I'm also understanding is that a good portion of the fat grafted is also lost due to resorption- does that mean that the result is off-set a little and that the visible shrinkage might be far less than what we expect to see shrink?
Hello Doctors, I have my BBL 5 weeks ago. I had 860cc in each cheek & 100cc in each hip. The doctor used PRP. My hip measurement is still at 47 inches. I found different opinions from different doctors on fluffing after BBL surgery. Some doctors say fluffing is a myth. Other doctors say fluffing is real. They say fat cells shrink when trying to survive, but after having blood supply & nutrients the fat cells become plump & the stem cells in the fat cause growth of more fat cells. Is this true?
