I suffer from nasal congestion and asthma and am trying to wean myself off of antihistamines and inhalers. I am now taking many herbs and supplements and want to know if it's safe to do Botox and fillers when my symptoms are daily.
I hate my frozen forehead. Will taking choline supplements or eating a lot of foods high in choline speed up the softening of my forehead? I look horrible and fake. My brow is lower and my lateral eyebrows are too high. I had more Botox but above my lateral brow but it still looks absolutely awful.
I take the following supplements daily. - Vitamin D3; ZMA (Zinc monomethionine and aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate); Tribulus herb; Gingko Biloba; DHEA; Red Yeast; Pycnogenol; Biotin. I also took Zolpidem each night for about 10 days while traveling due to an 7 hour time change. The Zolpidem was taken the week after getting the BOTOX injection.
I am over 2 weeks post my first botox appt and 1 week post touch-up. I recently began a liver cleanse and last night and this morning ingested magnesium sulfate (a total of 6-7 teaspoons) I just came across literature stating people taking this should not have Botox. Is it only at the time of injection or do I have something to be concerned about?
I read that calcium channel blockers can increase the effects of botox. I currently take diltiazem, a calcium channel blocker. Is it dangerous for me to get botox if I am taking this or is it possible for me to still get it, just in smaller doses?
