I woke up a few weeks ago to one eyelid appearing lower on my face, almost hooded. Im 23, so I didnt expect sudden wrinkles or anything of the sort. A couple days later I noticed some muscle soreness. I also went to my PCP to rule out anything serious, and they said I looked fine and it seemed like swelling. How long should I wait before I investigate ways to resolve this cosmetically? Could Botox or filler help? Before and after attached.
I have been getting 15ml of botox in my masters for about a year and a half with no issues. Recently (around the beginning of May, end of April), I got my standard dosage with no pain or discomfort. Now, around a month later, I am experiencing discomfort in soreness in the area. I was told, that this is when the Botox is most potent and to massage the area. When I massage my masseters, it's painful. I am confused because I have never experienced this before. What is wrong?
I had Botox injected (30 units) on right side masseter area & (15 units left side), 2.5 months ago. A week ago, I noticed soreness upon chewing on the right side. What is going on? I experienced soreness right after the injections, which went away normally. But now feeling soreness every time I bite down or chew on the right side scares me. I'm a dentist & I know I don't grind. I have never been a grinder & never experienced jaw soreness like this until now.
While I like the results, I have a feeling of tightness between my eyes that I do not like. It almost feels like a sore muscles, or a tension headache. How long until I can expect this side effect to lessen or go away?
I got Botox on Wednesday it is now Saturday nothing has changed on my face that still do exact thing that it was before.i did however the first few days have a sore throat headache.mild nausea.some dizziness.If it doesnt work then I want to get a refund.they told me would fix my four head from always been tense and having future lines. Received 26 units. I never had any visible lines now its only when I Force them
I had Botox done exactly 10 days ago from today. Doctor did my 11s and currogator muscle and crows feet. Since then inside of my left brow is constantly aching. Its a pain at a point. Also when I raise the left brow, I feel pain running down from the same point of my brow down to my check (very close to my nose). Its tingling, sore, burning feeling. I can lift this brow but cant lift my right brow. Also left brow with pain/lift seem more raised than the right one. What is going on!
Hi, I had 25 units of botox injected for my frown lines. I've had this done twice before. I had the usual initial soreness at the injection site. I am 6 days post with nasal congestion and pressure. When I touch the top of the bridge of my nose it is very sore. Anyway this is related to the botox?
