I got Botox injection 6wks ago-25units then a week later got 15 more in glabellar only. Botox seems to have 'worn off' & Dr suggests getting more. I've had it in the past, lasting 4 months & longer. All I've read says not to get it for 3mos. Was the Botox done improperly? diluted?
I receive Botox for migraine treatment. I had my second round about a month ago. Today, while I was sitting at work, all of a sudden it felt like someone punched me, and the area is slightly swollen. It is at a point where I had an injection (above my eyebrow). I get migraines, and it could just be something weird with that, but could it be something from the Botox after a month? And so randomly?
I had botox injection (50 units per side) six months ago. Four days ago I had my second treatment. I spoke with my doctor about the asymmetry between the two sides, he told me botox couldn't remove the asymmetry since this one is caused by chewing on one side more than on the other. My question is: with the last injection, will I see any improvement or will the result be as last time?
About a mth ago and get 20 units in my 11's. seen reason I felt like they looked deeper bought expensive filler cream. Again this mth I got 20 more units and it's been 2 wks and still the same. I feel like she isn't putting the botox in the correct musle. I feel like she is ripping me off. I told her and she told me i needed juverdum . I don't need juverdum because I know the lines are not deep and she has done it once before and it worked. She should of offered me to go in to fix it. Right?
2 Quick question: I had never had Botox before. One month ago I went for Botox to get rid of my frown lines. After 2 weeks I saw virtually no difference. I returned and he did a touch-up. I am on Day 8 of the touch up. The first photo show my relaxed face, and the second shows when I make a scowl. Do these results look typical? Do you think it can still improve without further treatment?
I had botox (in my 11 lines and above center of brow) for the first time in March and again at the end of June. The first time I had no side effects, other than a rash of tiny bumps the first week that went away. About two weeks after the second time, however, I started getting very red there and now I have to use foundation to cover the redness in the area. I assume I'm having some sort of reaction to the botox, since the redness is only in the area I was injected. Will it go away?
I recently got botox done for the second time. She injected my 11's and the muscle above my brow. It was much more painful then the first time and she massaged the area to spread the botox out. It didn't work well at all I still have faint lines and can move my one eyebrow. She reinfected it again 2 weeks later and still no results. I feel she's injecting too deep and that the massaging is hindering it as well.
