Ive had botox 3 months ago and Ive got a frozen face, droopy eyebrows, and excess eyelid skin falling down on my eyes. My eyes look hooded in the worst way possible and are asymmetrical. I know that Ive been over treated. Ive got injected with 40 units for my forehead, 11s, & above and below my brows. I can move my brows slightly now but Im not noticing any improvement on how I look.. will this ever go away? Ive heard that the eyelids never come back to normal for some people
I have had botox on my forehead, which i have had before and always asked for a small amount to allow me to still move my forehead but just minimise the obvious lines in order to prevent more in the future. I hav used someone i have used before but its left me completely FROZEN with zero movement and feels very heavy. I am an actress and have a show in 8 weeks which i discussed with my Dr who said that would be fine. Is there a way for me to get movement back fast? (weeks :/)
My first time with Botox I had a very pushy consultant who tried to keep pushing more but I had done some research before and really didnt think that I needed much for my first time. They injected so much Tox into the Glabella area that it froze completely which was NOT the results I wanted. I only went to treat forehead lines but know both areas need to be treated together. My question is: when going for forehead touchup, does Glabella need to be treated again if it is still not moving?
Hello, Had botox in May only it lasted 6 weeks!! The nurse I spoke to thinks it maybe due to the fact that I workout a lot,( fitness instructor.) I had 40 units in May, she thinks we should try 50 units spread between, forehead, 11's, Crows feet, and bunnys. Only had glabella, crows feet, and bit to even brows, done in May. Have uneven heavy brow as is, worried she will leave me too frozen and heavier, causing a droop. About 30 units to forehead,11's, and to even brows too much for me?
It's said that one's face returns to 'normal' once the effects of botox wear off. Is normal the same as 'how it was before'? As i presume if you freeze some muscles, others are going to have to over-compensate in the duration. Am most concerned about the eyes if the upper forehead and '11' frown lines are treated. Would that have lasting effect if you only have botox (Dysport) treatment once? Thank you-
I had 45 Units of dysport/azzalure just over 4 weeks ago and I hate my frozen look. Every morning when I wake up it feels so heavy like someone is sitting on my head and like my eyes can't open. This does gradually wear off in a few hours and some massage but when will this feeling go away? Is this because I've had too much and does this mean that the frozen look will probably last for full duration? Was hoping I may have got some movement by now?
I want to prevent the fine lines in my forehead from getting deeper bit I don't want to have a completely frozen forehead or have spocking. Is it possible to simply minimize movement without stopping it completely or is there another way of doing the Botox so it looks natural?
My face is frozen after 7 days and I am desperate to get movement back. Can CACI help break down the Botox. I especially hate being frozen inbetween my brows and can't frown or show any expression. I was objected 25 units in this area when I asked for my lines to be softened not frozen. Desperate to get some expression back
