So I'm currently thinking about getting masseter botox. I grind my teeth a lot at night and use nightguards. I have always had pretty wide face. I Have defined jawline and very wide cheekbones. Also a large head. I do have pretty hollow cheeks and if my face gets puffy they are pretty much gone and i look terrible. My temples are pretty wide aswell from bruxism. Can I get botox to slimmer my temples? Can masseter botox slimmer my midface a little also? Does it make my cheeks look bigger? Help!
I had Botox in my forehead crows feet and chin in dec of 2022. I have always liked my natural cheek bones, until now :( I noticed my face start to lose my normal natural detention in my cheekbones by March of 2022... could Botox have caused this? As well as asymmetrical dropping. My nurse injector said no but I feel like it could have caused it. I didn't noticed the uneven droop, and loss of detention in my cheekbones until mid March.
I had under eye fillers and botox done early in May. Two weeks later, the doctor injected my cheekbones with juvederm and voluma. He also injected a bit of botox into my cheek area near the nose, now when I smile the whole cheek area will freeze and I look like a chipmunk. The doctor said its because of the botox and has been giving me Titan face treatments to soften the fillers and increase heat in my face to try to get the botox to go off faster. What can I do to regain my normal smile?
My dentist did 3 injection sites on each side of my face. She told me one was for my superficial masseters (close to the jawline/15 units) and one was for my deep masseter close to my cheekbone (5 units). She also did a muscle behind my hairline (5 units). 1 week hurts for me to smile in my cheeks and my smile is limited. Now that Im googling, Im wondering what in world was the 5 units in the deep masseter by my cheekbone for?
I am interested in getting jaw botox to slim out my lower face. I have well defined cheekbones, but they do not show to my liking because my massatter muscle area is too full. What is the average price range for jaw botox? How long does it take for the botox to take affect/ how long does it last? Will there be any bruising or swelling after?
I had mesobotox and botox in masseter 5 weeks ago and now i loss my cheekbones on the right side of my face. I used to have plump cheeckbones which made me look young. Now i look older and with a flat face. Will i go back to my pre botox face soon? My doctor said she only injected on the skin, how come i loss volume on my cheekbones? Pls help
I want to have less of an egg shaped face. I feel like my temples are very wide. I want my cheekbones to look fuller and stick out more. I know you can get hair grafting to the temples, but can Botox shrink the upper top of my head. Here are examples below.
