I'm tall and I'm skinny everywhere but I have huge calves/ankles. There's no definition between them and I hate it. It makes me really uncomfortable with my body. It's genetic so exercises/healthy eating don't help. I've considered surgery but it's expensive ($5,000+) and I don't know if it's worth it. Will body wraps help?? I just want to have slim Ankles! Help!
I had 2 sessions done at a spa type wellness clinic and they put on some cream and saran wrap over that for 15 minutes. They they attached 4 paddles on my abdomen and start it at 80%, then 90% then 100% ten minutes apart, Felt nothing other than some heat from a heavy blanket place over the paddles. I'm highly skeptical that this device is just a gimmick and nothing has changed thus far.
I want help increase weightloss in certain places since i seem to have more fat in my thighs and upper (not lower)stomach than should be .i was wondering if i wrap my thighs and stomach with seran wrap while i jog whould it help target the fat better and not push it in like a corset?also are body wraps safe ?
I've read about body wraps to help temporarily tighten the skin. Will this really work even though it may be temporary? If so, how long will the effects last it I eat clean, do exercises focused on my arms, and drink a lot of water? Also would you suggest using the It Works body wraps?
