I had the lash extensions put on for a couple of months. They did a great job the first time but after that I started getting frustrated at lashes falling out and having to get them re-done every two weeks. I decided to start doing them myself..I'm a cosmetologist. I bought the bond and individual eyelashes and started doing it myself. I noticed after several months of doing it myself that my real lashes were becoming shorter and shorter. It was becoming harder to get the fake lashes to stick. I started putting the lashes on my skin inbetween the real lashes. One day I decided to stop using them for a while and let my lashes grow back and get fuller so I could start all over again. Well guess what? After almost two years they still have not grown back. I don't know why it happened that way, but it did. I absolutely loved them the very first time, but I wouldn't recommend them on a continually basis.
