Tummy Tuck Jeans – "For Real Women with Real Curves"

Tummy Tuck jeans make quite a hefty promise: to flatten your tummy, lift your butt, and make you wear one size smaller.

Rachael Ray and Diane Sawyer are among the celebrities who rave about these jeans, which boast " a secret 'crisscross' front panel design and extra stretch in the rear." The jeans also have double the Lycra content of standard jeans, 4% as opposed to 2%.

The founder of Tummy Tuck Jeans is a woman named Lisa Rudes-Sandel, the first Latina woman to create her own line of denim. Of her inspiration, Rudes-Sandel offers, "Nobody was making jeans for (average sized) women. I am in pretty good shape and I couldn't wear anything out there. Everything was very young. They were either made small or were running small or they were shapeless. I didn't want to show my underwear every time I bent over."

Check out the Tummy Tuck jeans online showroom for a wide range of styles and colors offered.

It's an interesting idea. The origin of the corset is lost in remote antiquity.Uplifting brassieres and corsets were used at times to emphasize the feminine shape and flatten the tummy.I think tummy tuck jeans are an option for every women who cares about her body shape and you can have great results using them. Thanks for the tip!

Yes, I own a pair and they did as they promised until after 2 washes. Now the 'tummy tuck' panel is too relaxed and the jeans stretched out too much to hold any of my flesh in place. They're still quite attractive, but does anyone know how to restore the stiffness in the 'tummy tuck' panel?

That is why the salesperson told me to buy a size smaller than I usually wear. She was correct. I would throw them in the dryer if they are not holding you in anymore.......they are the best jeans ever. wish I could find them cheaper. the look is worth every penny, but they are a little expensive. wonderful jeans...........

I am a size 8, I had to buy a size 12 in the black tux with rhinestone jeans. I love them, they fit well, but, somewhat expensive. I would buy more if the price was lower. I have never had to size up 2 sizes before.

Love my jeans I have 4 pairs of them. 2 are denim and 2 are black jeweled. They are without a doubt the best fitting pairs of jeans I've ever owned.I will buy more.

i love my NYDJ's too, I own 5 pair now, but at $115 (roughly) per pair, I'm disappointed that they stretch so much and the cuffs don't stay flat. I have to iron the bottoms every time I wash them. Plus some of mine have gotten so short that I can't wear them anymore. (Or maybe I've gotten rounder... haha)

I tried NYDJ and I thought the waist band was too high and I could still see my lower tummy pooch so the flatten your tummy panel is not all that and did not work a miracle for me. I was not impress with the look of them considering the hot style in designer brands. For that price I would like to see more stylish cuts, stitching and washes. The pocket are too high and they do not make your bottom look round when the pockets do not sit on your butt cheeks. I tried on 5 pairs and thought they were all comfortable but I hated the way they looked so I did not buy them.
