When we started RealSelf we had no idea whether people would post their own cosmetic surgery photos, before and after.
Was getting a cosmetic makeover too private of an affair to share in pictures?
We now know that thousands are comfortable posting their pics, often with a complete photo journal (or blogs, as some members call it) of a cosmetic surgery experience.
