From among the 750,000 questions that have been asked on RealSelf.com and answered by qualified doctors, a few rise to the top as most-read and most-searched. One of which is, “How Can I Tighten Sagging Skin Without Surgery?”
To save you time, we've pulled the top lifestyle tips and answers from RealSelf doctors on the ever-popular topic of skin tightening, sans nip/tuck:
  • “Laser skin tightening is a no-downtime procedure that is very effective in improving facial skin tone and reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and it can also reduce the effects of fine or superficial acne scarring in many patients.” – Dr. Michael Law, MD
  • “Drinking enough water, avoiding the sun, getting enough sleep and avoiding stress, avoiding cigarettes and religious attention to your diet and exercise are all the keystones for preserving the elasticity and radiance of your skin.” – Dr. Christine A. Petti, MD
  • “With the help of non-surgical technology patients can reverse the signs of aging and delay going under the knife. For example, Thermage treatment can successfully tighten the neck and jaw line areas, and enhance facial appearance.” – Dr. Gregory Turowski, MD, PhD
  • Ultherapy is an ultrasound technology which is excellent for skin tightening. It works by tightening the soft tissue layer under the skin which is the layer most commonly lifted with face lift surgery. It is an excellent way to create a moderate amount of lifting and reshaping in patients who are not candidates for surgery or would like a non-surgical lift.” – Dr. Joseph A. Eviatar, MD

Use the organic products for your skin. Lemon juice is much helpful for this. Try eucalyptus oil along this. If anyone have skin infection problem then they can use best antibacterial body soap (http://www.defensesoap.com) for bath and hand wash.
