Thermal water for chronic dry skin

Another hot trend in skin care and skin texture enhancement: thermal water.

Thermal water is packed with minerals like magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc. My brief encounter with it was very favorable; skin felt silky after a single use.

Here's what a Boston Dermatologist has to say:

"Dermatologist Ranella Hirsch says thermal water even treats serious conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea."

According to Dr. Ranella Hirsch, whose primary practice is in Cambridge, Mass., the commercially available topical applications of serums, sprays and creams have apparently worked wonders with her patients suffering from chronic dry skin.

Two popular thermal water skin care products are Vichy and La Roche Posay.

The thermal water I like was La Roche Posay. La Roche Thermal Spring productsare showing on Amazon [$6 to $12]. Let me know if you have other recommendations!

I would immediately try the thermal water solution, but I have found something that works for me, and I'd hat to switch and find myself with dry skin again. I have struggled with dry skin, especially in the winter time. I have used different lotions, but all seemed to make my skin oily. I now use Corium 21 which I buy every month or so from Really Good Aloe.com What I like about it is that it absorbs very fast into my skin, leaving it very soft. I really recommend it.
