You need to introduce anti-inflammatories to (1) your diet such as omega-3 rich foods--blueberries, salmon, and green tea, (2) take anti-inflammatory supplements with antioxidant properties, (3) apply topical skin care products that reverse inflammation to the skin tissue, and (4) adjust your lifestyle to the pursuit of these anti-inflammatory activities.
