In the world of plastic surgery, Kim Kardashian's butt is often seen as the pinnacle of perfection.  She's constantly accused of having butt implants, but the Kardashians put that rumor -- heh -- behind them. 

Kim had a booty X-Ray to end the debate.  Her sister Khloe posted this photo on her blog with the title

My question- does fat transfer show on an x-ray? In this case, the sisters compared Kim's butt x-ray to the x-ray of Kourtney Kardashian's breast implants.  But implants are made of a foreign material, where Brazilian Butt Lift takes fat from the patient.

I agree with Blair that she could have had BBL and it wouldn't show up on an x-ray.

Kim Kong is a plastic mess from head (extensions) to face (nose job, Botox, fillers, lip injections, brow lift) to torso (breast augmentation, Brazilian butt augmentation , liposuction) to who knows what else....she's completely fake.... She looks like Cher and increasingly like a wax doll...ugh! She needs help....

Personally I think Kim is gorgeous. No, she'll never be a size zero, but that doesn't mean she isn't a beautiful woman. Plenty of others want to look like her.

Kate Moss is ugly and always has been. Her eyes are too far apart and she looks like she has bad genetics all the way around. She smokes and did/does drugs, She's as bad or worse than an obese person.

No doubt she has had micro fat transplantation, among other things...it's hideous. I have a photo of her that shows a flat, wide butt, clearly her natural state. What is beautiful about a fat, wide, out of proportion behind anyway? A round, narrow, muscular one I understand.
