Oprah’s show on Friday featured Christie Brinkley, Cheryl Tiegs, Stephanie Seymour and Beverly Johnson, the eternally-gorgeous supermodels from the 70s, 80s and 90s

Among other things, the ladies revealed their own struggles with body issues: The 5’9” Johnson once weighed a frighteningly low 103 pounds, Brinkley was told she could only eat fish and water for breakfast, lunch and dinner to lose weight and Tiegs was sent home from a shoot because she was deemed too heavy.

The takeaway of the show: Nearly every woman, no matter how beautiful, has struggled with the way she looks at one point in her life.
