Skinny cow for self-confessed ice cream addicts

Nothing sells ice cream faster than an endorsement from Oprah. Skinny cow is reaping he good fortune of Oprah's declaration that she can't live without Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cones and fudge bars.
Given my similar addiction to chocolate and ice cream--and desire to lose extra pounds--I decided to try out a skinny dipper.
Are skinny dippers worth it? One word: splendidly.

Oh boy do I love these. I have been dieting and exercising since May (about 5 1/2 months) and have lost of total of 43 lbs!! I don't belong to any group, etc. I just started eating a lot of chicken, fruit and other healthy foods. I love icecream to death. And I found Skinny Cows!! Thank you so much. I will never eat the other stuff again. I just finished a fudgcicle. Yum!! And remember along with watching what you eat, you must execise. I tread mill at least 4 nights a week!!
