Opinions belong on RealSelf.com

Alliegirl, a RealSelf.com community member, asked about the difference between two mini-facelift procedures that are branded the Quicklift and Lifestyle Lift.  One of the responses was provided by a North Carolina plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Law, who suggested to take caution.

Clearly this upset Quicklift (or someone claiming to do PR for Quicklift) which reported Dr. Law's answer as inappropriate.

The PR person wrote:

Dr. Law's answer is an opinion that is not founded on the truth.  The QuickLift is a published procedure.  It is a customized face lift that does not "cut corners".  In fact, the QuickLift doctors that perform this procedure customize it to each individual patient so that the results the patient wants, are achieved no matter how long it takes.... Dr. Law is bitter because of the success of the QuickLift doctor in his area.

I imagine Quicklift would like us to remove the post.  We won't (unless Dr. Law asks us to).  Our editorial policy that applies to all members is that we won't intervene unless the posting is a personal attack, spam, or a rip off of someone else's content.
