Form Diet Pills: Trick to Weight Loss?

This little weight loss gem landed in my inbox and I've been staring at the video ever since. I can't tell whether it's more like those pop-up sponges that amaze little kids everywhere--or if it's like taking a little too much Metamucil. It's called O3 Form Hunger Management System Portion Control Dietary Supplements.
But here's the concept: you take a pill prior to eating; within 1 minute, that pill expands in your stomach to create a full feeling thereby "tricking" your brain into thi
nking you're full--and you eat less.
Take a look at the video. That's what winds up in your stomach. Oh, and in case you were wondering, here's what the label says:
Think I'd rather stick with Portionpals, where the portion control takes place on the plate, not in my body.

I really am carefully with what I take. I am on my third bottle and have enjoyed a nice energy boost that I especially see in the afternoons. I take 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch and it seems to work out nice. I have lost a GREAT amount of fat around my stomach and legs but don't own a scale to do any measuring. Acai is a nice antioxidant. I will be back for more.
