Compression Garments Get Fashionable

Compression garments have long been loved and hated by plastic surgery patients who wear them post-tummy tuck, gastric bypass, and breast augmentation. But now women (and some men) are snapping them up as body slimmers.

Because they are made of medical grade materials and meant to be as comfortable as possible for recovery, compression garments are competing with Spanx and other body shaping brands as the "girdles" of choice.

That actually isn't a Spanx. It's a medical grade compression garment. There's a discussion going on in our Tummy Tuck forum about compression garments that you might find helpful!
