We’ve rounded up need-to-know health and beauty links from around Hollywood, so you can stay on top of all those “hard-hitting” celebrity stories. Consider this the donut-with-extra-sprinkles-on-top to go with your morning coffee. Happy dunking!

Kiwi teenage pop star Lorde recently tweeted about the way she looks on her latest cover with Canada's Fashion Magazine, “apart from the fact that i'm pretty sure this magazine gave me a new nose (:|), i really like this photo.” Themag’s Editor-in-Chief Bernadette Morra shot back with a statement a day after Lorde’s tweet stating, "I can assure you, FASHION Magazine did not give Lorde a new nose." Morra attributes the Lorde’s different look to lighting and camera angles.

This isn’t the first time the two-time Grammy winner has pushed for a real representation of herself in the media. Back in March, Lorde tweeted to her 1.5 million followers, “remember flaws are ok :-).” She later Instagrammed a selfie of in bed sans makeup with acne cream smeared on her face.

Though two-time Olympic gold medalist Rebecca Adlington has kept mum on media speculation that she had rhinoplasty back in February, she’s come out to the public (and all those Internet trolls) to say that she’s had a new boost in self-confidence, “I’m definitely happier with how I look now.” The 25-year-old Brit also addresses those desperate to know if she did or didn’t get her nose done, “If somebody else wants to know [that], well tough luck.” She continues, “It’s my life. Loads of women have loads of things that they do – like a Kim Kardashian or whatever – but I just think if you open yourself up in that way, there’s a lot more that happens.”
