I've been anxiously awaiting for news about a new, non-surgical fat removal technique called lipoSonix. LipoSonix use high-intensity ultrasound to break-up fat without serious damage to your surrounding tissue. This means faster recovery, less pain, perhaps better results vs. standard lipo.

Since LipoSonix has yet to get the FDA stamp-of-approval, the only path you have is to enroll in a clinical trial. The good news is that I found a doctor that may offer LipoSonix for this experimental period.

His name is Dr. Peter Fodor, a well known Los Angeles plastic surgeon who has conducted early work with another less-invasive fat removal treatment called Vaser liposelection. I noted that--as of this writing--Dr. Fodor offers internet-based referrals a 50% discount on plastic surgery consultations (normally priced at $200).
