We're just over the halfway point of summer--and if you're like me, while I'm big on shaving, I'm also a bit over it. So I started thinking again about alternatives to twin- (or triple-) blade hair removal. I've used the no!no! (and reviewed it as well) and, while it works, I truthfully don't usually have the time for it. 3. Emjoi Optima AP-99 Epilator, at $99.95, is the hair removal device for the bargain shopper. Although this device is an epilator and not a laser/light-based hair removal device, it offers a foil shaver (for a closer shave) and long-hair trimmer functions.
