Skip Heidi Klum's In An Instant--it's all show and no tell
There's plenty of buzz about In An Instant and Heidi Klum herself has been singing her skincare line's praises. But what's so great about In An Instant products? Some RealSelf.com readers simply wonder where to buy In An Instant.
Ms. Klum revealed little in her interview with BellaSugar, saying:
"You get immediate results. My favorite product is the Instant Wrinkle Smoother. You just apply it to any lines on your face and they instantly disappear — it’s incredible."
Thanks Heidi, that was really unhelpful. The In An Instant skincare line includes the following products...
- Gentle Foaming Cleanser
- Intensive Firming Serum
- Instant Wrinkle Smoother
- Intant Daily Tinted Moisturizer
- Instant Warming Scrub

If you do go to Ms. Klum's In An Instant website (which, by the way, the skincare line is in partnership with Guthy-Renker who seemed to have more of their act together with Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty line)--you'll find some pretty pack pricing to entice you to buy the regimen--but WHERE'S THE INFORMATION? This may go down as one of the worst launches I've seen--ever.
I don't blame Ms. Klum--she's never said she was a manufacturing, marketing, supply chain or merchandising wiz. But I'm certainly not shelling any money out for something with zero info on it.
Final note: don't think I haven't already reached out to the company. I did. But when I went to submit my query, I kept getting error messages for no reason. I guess my error was in trying period.

Where to start...? I wish I had taken the time to research this product “In an instant”. I was so disappointed with the product and even more disturbed by the deception they portrayed on TV by actually making you think this would work. Also, they are not clear on the trial being a 90-day automated billing process that turns into a nightmare of returns and credit card disputes that cost time and additional money. The company does not provide pre-paid return labels and to me proves they do not stand behind their product. The product does not work at all. And talk about stingy, can the items contain less product in them. The scrub is so warm it’s uncomfortable to use. Not one of the smallest of my wrinkles was affected by the entire stick of Instant Wrinkle Smoother and I’m 43 years old. The eye treatment caused my eyes to water into the next morning and my nose to run. The tinted moisturizer smells and feels horrible on my face, reminded me of when you get a sun burn on the beach and try to help the burn by putting on moisturizer. With all of that said I did really love the Foaming Cleanser and the Firming Serum they do not work as wrinkle remover but do make your face and neck very soft and feel good. For those of you with hydration problems the Serum does absorb but you must use way more then two pumps as they advertise. However you have to make Heidi Klum’s salary to afford these products. The Serum alone is $56.00 dollars and the limit per set is four items. What a heat break, scammed by Heidi Klum!

Hey, if it is a good product like they said it will work, you have nothing to loose, I ordered now to try it, Worse case scenario I have 60 day money back warranty. Besides this is not even a fraccion for what you pay for a small container of one product at a department store. Hope it does work, I have tried a lot of different brands, why not Heidi's

Thanks, girlfriends, for your comments. I was almost tempted but decided, because of YOUR COMMENTS, not to buy this product. I've been using Oil of Olay's Total Effects for about a month and am very happy with it. I'll buy it again. And it's under $18.00

"Trusted Guthy-Renker"? Since when are they "trusted"!? None of their stuff ever works, and every single time you order something from them, you're enrolled in a club. People never learn.

I have ordered several products from Guthy-Renker before from exercise videos and equipment to skin care lines and they NEVER provided the results they advertised (with the exeption of ProActive which also wants to "enroll" you in a club membership, what's up with THAT Guthy-Renker?!). Still yet I was tempted by Heidi's claims for this new skin care "wonder" so to speak. I had enough sense to research it this time and am I glad. Almost all of the reviews said the same thing, bad smell no results. Thanks to this and other websites and comments I will NOT be duped by this paid tv commercial. You think you have nothing to lose because of the "money back assurance" but the time and effort and the fact that most companies reuire YOU to pay the shipping to send it back after you probably paid the shipping to have it sent to you makes it not worth it to me. The lesson learned;Buyer's should ALWAYS research before purchasing ANY products advertised on tv and buyer beware of Guthy-Renker!!!

I actually found that the product increased the fine lines on my face. It feels like a light film of wax when you apply the moisturizer. I am calling to cancel after I warn others not to waste their money on this vague and overpriced product.

I looked at Guthy-Renker's store on ebay (which is tricky to get to) and found that they only offer 2 "in an instant" products (both cleansers) and that's it! Now why have a store on ebay and only offer a few products?!? I would like to pay via paypal rather than get a monthly charge on my credit card. Clearly the company thinks they are making more money with the club process, but they are also losing money by not offering a greater selection on ebay!

whats in this stuff? if Heidi thinks this product is so good ,, try it on Seal.. as he has a skin problem.. now we shall see the the real results.. terrible smell to the stuff... give it up

pretty lame response to something talking about her husband. This is to combat fine lines/uneven skin tone and minimizing pores..not get rid of scar tissue or anykind. Geez Cashcow!

This product is awesome. I was really skeptical when I first ordered it, but, everyone has been commenting to me how "different", and "wonderful" my skin looks since I have been this. It makes me feel better after using this product, more relaxed, as for the scent, I could careless, I'm more interested in seeing the results and I love the club, you can set shipments back 6 months if you want to. 90 day system is the better deal and way to go Heidi, because it does NOT break out my face, and my acne scars are disappearing as well.
