This is great information. Other considerations include placement on the chest wall. The pocket for the implant needs to be created so implants are not too high or too low, not too far apart or too close together. For some women, breast lifts in addition to augmentation is a consideration. For others, addressing issues like tuberous or constricted breasts, or enlarged areolas can be important.
