Givenchy Says Forget Surgery, try Self-Repair

The entire No Surgetics line-up from Givenchy clearly shouts the message: skip the surgery, use Givenchy instead. They call it "self-repair"--as if it's something new and as if I haven't been trying enough facial self-help already. But with the latest addition to the No Surgetics bullpen, Givenchy Radically No Surgetics Complete Age-Defying Care, Givenchy would have you thinking it's bottled some laser treatments, injectable fillers and perhaps a mini facelift into one 1.7 oz. jar.

Seriously--here's what Givenchy means when it uses the word "Complete" in the name of Radically No Surgetics Complete Age-Defying Care--the cream is touted to address the following:

Is there any anti-aging issue this cream won't solve?

What's interesting is that the primary ingredients in Radically No Surgetics Complete Age-Defying Care are emollients and humectants--things like Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Glycerin. The "age fighters" we typically look for--like hyaluronic acid for plumping out those lines, and cell-turnover helpers like Retinyl Palmitate and Salicylic Acid are actually listed in the formula much later (even after "fragrance"). So while I haven't tried the latest of the No Surgetics age-fighters, I'm left feeling this one is well, just a moisturizer.

Givenchy Radically No Surgetics is selling for $145--it beats the cost of surgery, for sure, but is it worth it? Have you tried Givenchy Radically No Surgetics Complete Age-Defying Care? WiWi: Was it Worth it?
