Gene Simmons and girlfriend Shannon Tweed have gone many steps further down the commitment continuum by getting facelifts together. Do those who get plastic surgery together, stay together? After all, it would be pretty difficult to reverse a facelift if the relationship ends.

If you want to catch all the details of their surgery, you’re in luck in society's current state of reality show mania. A&E’s second season of “Gene Simmons Family Jewels” will be documenting their experience. According to Simmons’ comments to USA Today,  the episodes will be "like a biology class … more fascinating than gory." Tweed adds, "Plastic surgery was Gene's idea. But I wasn't going to let him look younger than me.”
