Is it wise to combine two different surgeries of the eye in one surgery? I am planning to have (1) fat grafting to upper eyelids and (2) ectropion repair (using TarSys spacer in one eye) to both lower lids. I have read that having so much done at once could compromise the results due to excessive swelling. Can someone please comment?

Can you help me find a good surgeon that can do me an upper eyelid surgery here in the Philippines? Someone who has lots of experiences in the said surgery and has the best result or outcome after the surgery. Thanks for the help. It will greatly be appreciated.

I am looking for a surgeon that I can trust to do upper and lower eyelid surgery. I would appreciate recomendations from anyone who had this surgery done in New York city. I've had consultations from three plastic surgeons, but very unsure who I can trust with good results. I cann't find anyone who had this done, and the name of the surgeons who successfull performed this type of surgery. Looking forward to your responses.
