Everyone looks back at old photos and muses, "What was I thinking?" But, what do you do when it's not as temporary as a bad perm or a errant make up choice? That's exactly what's happening for people who are part of the ear gauges trend, and now wishing to reverse the stretch of their lobes. 

Take Denisse, a 22 year-old who recently went on The Doctors seeking earlobe reconstruction surgery. Watch her visit with dermatological surgeon Dr. Sandra Lee, to see how she address the gaping holes left by 1.5 inch gauges.

yeah u pretty much have to commit to those for life. i think its cool looking but when u take out the gauge how stretched it looks is really gross. also having the gauge to big is unattractive.
