Deciding to get plastic surgery is no laughing matter, but that doesn't stop our active tummy tuck community from making light of their very intense procedures. This user's captions made our office LOL:

The lead-in: "Here are a couple of BEFORE pics. I could put my tummy on a plate, or make a puppet out of it!"
