Cosmetic dentistry? Yes, please!

I'm not a big fan of the dentist; in fact, you could say that I'm quite the whiny little ninny when it comes to going. However, not everyone feels this way, and according to an article in RDH Magazine, more and more people are choosing to have quite'a bit of work done, far beyond just a routine cleaning. For example:
According to a study commissioned by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,
the mean amount spent by the average patient in 2006 was $5,640 and the median was $3,860, with the top procedures ranging from bleaching/whitening, crown and bridge work and direct bonding. - source
If you had the time and the money, what would you get done? Maybe some teeth whitening? Invisalign? I think I would get something that would automatically turn everything I eat into vegetables, especially chocolate. Do you think they make something like that?
