4 More For Making Cellulite Pretty
We recently posted about how to deal with cellulite if you can beat it--no, there's no need to become one with it, but there are alternatives when it comes to at least making it look better. This time, it's not about sunless tanners or self-tanners, but creams and lotions that help smooth, plump, and moisturize away the ugly orange peel appearance. After all, self-tanners do only half the trick; if you have smoother and more moisturized skin, the tan will look loads better on you.
Us Weekly shared some hyaluronic acid-based creams in their June 23rd issue. Hyaluronic acid is not only used in hydrating formulas, as it's known as the "moisture magnet" that can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water, but it's also a skin plumper--so topical application can help create a smoother visual effect on skin that's a bit dimpled. Here, some smoothers to try:
1. Dermalogica Ultra Rich Body Cream
2. La Mer The Body Creme (Ashlee Simpson, a big La Mer fan, uses this nutrient-rich cream infused with sea kelp)
3. NeoStrata Exuviance Multi-Hydrating Hand & Body Lotion
4. SkinMedica TNS Body Lotion (contains Sodium Hyaluronate, a derivative of hyaluronic acid that can hold up to 40 times its weight in water.)
If you're already a fan of any of these body formulas enriched with Hyaluronic acid, let us know--WiWi: Was it Worth it? And we'd love to hear how you're dealing with cellulite--after all, 90% of us have it, so we're all dealing with it!
