I am a firm believer in taking care of yourself from the inside out and I can't wait to share with you all the news that will enhance our lives and well-being. I look forward to taking this journey with you!

To kick things off, here's the latest buzz about town!

In the upcoming issue of W Magazine, Cameron Diaz, 34, reveals a nose job is one of her next projects. The newly brunette, adventurous A-lister, who has broken her nose four times, always opted for character over perfection when it came to her nose’s dwindling aesthetic. But now Diaz tells W, “I’m over it… I’m getting it fixed. I can’t take it,” citing breathing problems as the main reason for going under the knife.

One of the most widely reported nose breaks in history, Cameron’s Hawaiian mishap and most recent break happened when someone’s surfboard hit her in the face while surfing on vacation with beau Justin Timberlake. Diaz said the blow shattered her nose in twenty places. As reported by WENN, Diaz told the surgeon examining her after her accident, “…just stitch it up, don't touch the bump. I've had the bump since I was 11-years-old. I don't want it changed. I know you think I want to change it, but don't touch my nose.”

Cameron and her old nose may be seen next in upcoming film, The Holiday, opening in theaters December 8th.
