Kimber James

By the age of 23, Kimber James had already undergone 24 procedures, including two brow lifts, four nose jobs, two chin shavings, and five breast surgeries (just to name a few). Now, with the hopes of getting out of the industry and starting a family, the transgender porn star wants a more natural look. “After I have these surgeries and I’m fully recovered, I’m gonna find my simple Southern man, have my three children, and call it a day!”

Watch our exclusive "Botched: After the After" show below for behind-the-scenes details from Dr. Nassif himself:

PROBLEM: “Michael Jackson Nose,” Rippling Implants, and a Faulty Vagina
⇼ Kimber reveals that she completed her gender reassignment surgery a year-and-a-half ago, but isn’t happy with the result. “I feel like the doctor gave me no inner lip. He only gave me outer, and the other lips are not tight,” she explains. “It doesn’t look like a vagina to me.”

CONSULTATION:
Nassif and Dubrow decide to take on the case
⇼ With a complicated case of this nature, Nassif and Durbow decide to call in Dr. Gary Alter, one of the world’s leading experts on vagina reconstruction. “He’s a wizard of vaginas,” Terry jokes. “He’s a vagina whisperer.” The trio meet Kimber to discuss their procedures, which will include a nose job revision (Kimber compares hers to Michael Jackson’s), a set of smaller implants, and a labiaplasty.
⇼ Kimber also brings along her best friend Danielle, who just so happens to be another porn star. “Danielle has the perfect vagina,” Kimber says. “I want hers, or as close as we can get to it.” And with that, Danielle lifts of her dress and shows the doctors what she’s got.

SURGERY: Kimber asks Dr. Dubrow if she can keep her old implants to sell on her site, saying her previous set sold for a whopping $5,000. “That’s not a bad idea,” Terry later says. “There might be a side business there for us.” As soon as Terry begins working on her breasts, it becomes very apparent that this surgery needed to happen. “These implants are so big that given time, they could easily wear their wear through the skin and become exposed,” he reveals. He also finds that the implants were over-inflated and even inserted upside-down! Once Terry has finished up his portion of the surgery, doctors Nassif and Alter begin on her nose and vagina.

POST SURGERY: At Kimber’s one-day check-in, she explains how surprised she is by the pain she’s in. “After I had my sex change, I was at the mall getting my hair and nails done three days later. I can’t imagine doing any of those right now,” she says. Dr. Dubrow does have a present for her, though: her old 1000cc implants! “I’m thinking about sending these to my ex-boyfriend that wanted me to get them that large and say, ‘You liked these better than I did, so you can have them back.’”

OUTCOME: Kimber’s final three-week check-in goes exactly as everyone hoped. Her breasts are more natural, her nose is no longer flat against her face, and her vagina looks like she was born with it. “My vagina was probably able to heal so quickly because it’s so used to the pounding!” she jokes. “Everything I wanted, I got. I finally feel like myself again.”

Renee Talley

Renee Talley Botched

During what Renee Talley calls a “little midlife crisis,” the ex-stripper starting altering her butt to nightmarish results. She started out getting silicone injections, which ended up traveling through her body and attaching to her organs. The migration caused a number of horrifying health problems, the worst of which was auto-immune disease.

PROBLEM: Butt Gone Bad
⇼ Renee found a doctor who was willing to remove the silicone, but he warned her that the procedure would leave her butt deformed. “Being vain, I didn’t want that,” Renee explains. “I decided to put an implant in. He wanted me to wait six months, but I said no.” Almost immediately after the surgery, Renee noticed that she could cup the implants under her butt and flip them over in her palm. She knew she had to have the implants removed, but the aftermath severely affected her confidence.

CONSULTATION: Nassif and Dubrow decide to pass on the case
⇼ Renee admits to the doctors that she has body dysmorphia disorder, which immediately concerns them. “We plastic surgeons prefer not to operate on patients with this disorder,” Terry says. “That said, if a patient has a deformity, even a patient with body dysmorphia, they’re entitled to be normalized.”
⇼ After examining Renee’s butt, Terry suggests that a butt lift would be the ideal procedure to restore a normal appearance. However, given Renee’s BDD, he’s worried she won’t be satisfied. At the end of the consultation, the doctors recommend that Renee seek counseling to help her through her psychological issues, then maybe reconsider the idea of a butt lift later on down the road.

Jenn Farinet

Jenn Farinet Before NoseJenn Farinet suffered numerous injuries to her nose throughout childhood, as well confidence-crushing bullying during high school. She finally managed to convince her mom to let her get a nose job after graduation.

PROBLEM: Wire coming out of her nose
⇼ Following her first procedure, Jenn realized the doctor had pushed her septum so far to the right it was causing a large bump on the side of her nose. She decided to get a revision by the same doctor two years later, but the only difference she could see was a piece of wire sticking out from the inside of her nose.

CONSULTATION: Nassif and Dubrow decide to take on the case
⇼ Jennifer reveals that her lifetime struggles with her appearance have caused her to become anxious and slightly depressed. She gets emotional over her decision to go through the process again, saying she feels “selfish” for doing it a third time.
⇼ Inside the examining room, the doctors find that Jennifer’s septum is not only crooked, but parts of it are actually missing. The “wire” coming out of her nose is a stitch that connects to God knows where, but they’re confident they can rearrange the tissue for a quality result.

SURGERY: Though Dr. Nassif was aware that Jenn’s nose would be take more work than a typical rhinoplasty, he wasn’t quite prepared for what he would find once the surgery began. “This septum is in the top ten of the worst deviated septums I’ve ever seen,” he explains.

POST SURGERY: It’s time for Jenn to get her cast off and she can’t hold back her tears when she does. Not only does she finally have the nose she always wanted, but she can actually breathe in a way she’s never been able to before. “You don’t see an emotional reaction like that all the time,” Paul later says. “That’s what takes everything you do and makes it all worth it. It’s especially nice when you make a dream come true.”

Jennifer Farinet Before and After Botched

OUTCOME: Jenn reveals her nose to her family and friends who are stunned by her renewed sense of confidence. “I’m so happy!” she exclaims. “I mean, honestly, have you ever seen me get dressed up like this? Now I have to go out every night and find myself some boyfriends. It would almost be rude not to let people see how awesome this is!”

REALSELF HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK:

There are few things we love more than the “Dubrowmance” on Botched (see what we did there?!), and tonight’s episode brought yet another amazing moment. While talking about Kimber’s transition, the doctors shared this exchange:
TERRY: When you undergo transgender male to female surgery, do you have to
learn how to fake an orgasm… like my wife does?
PAUL: Terry has a subtle penis syndrome.
TERRY: That’s better than mirco-penis syndrome like you have!
