Plastic Surgery is Up 5% in 2010

People are feeling more comfortable with the economy and are more apt to open their wallet for a nip or tuck, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgery’s 2010 report.
The newly released study found that there were more than 13.1 million cosmetic procedures performed last year, up five percent from 2009. These included nearly 1.6 million cosmetic surgical procedures and 11.6 cosmetic minimally invasive procedures. The top procedures included:
