Dallas Wiens made headlines in March for receiving the first full facial transplant in America. Yesterday, ABC News showed an exclusive first look at his results:

Mitch Hunter became America's second recipient just over a month later -- we can't wait to see his new face!

What do you think of Wiens' results? If you knew the donor, would you want to see this footage?

Gosh, it's so hard to think about the emotions invovled with face transplants for so many obvious reasons.  I feel happy for the recipient, grateful to the donor and so very empathetic to the donor family.

My neice was a organ donor and we cannot wait to heart her heart beat inside the little boy's heart who lives on because of her gift.  Would I want to see her face?  I think that would be just too painful.
