RealBuzz: Is LifeSculpt Laser Lipo Really "A Godsend"?

Laser liposuction is a red-hot -- sure, we said it -- topic within the RealSelf community. One of our members, Kible,  is interested in recently-rebadged laser lipo treatment LifeSculpt, and wanted to know if, using Dr. Steven Bloch's wording

Is Lifesculpt a "Godsend"?

Not yet -- NYC's Dr. Steven Wallach tells Kible that laser lipolysis is "still controversial" as a treatment, while Atlanta surgeon Vincent Zubowicz, MD, thinks there hasn't been quite enough scientific testing yet on Lifesculpt to know if it'll really work. Dr. Richard Baxter of Seattle says the real "godsend" has been liposuction itself because "it was such a revolutionary idea." And Dr. George Beraka of NYC straight-up calls it "a gimmick."

Could be -- Dr. Brooke Seckel of Boston says his Lifesculpt experience has been "excellent" and has "definitely improved" his patients' results. He's also got pictures to prove it.
