Firming the Buttocks and Hips with DermaQuest DermaFirm
Thanks to DermaQuest, I have a lab sample of their new product DermaQuest DermaFirm, which hasn't quite launched yet. It's a dimple-reducer! Yes, a dimple-reducer. Here's what the fact sheet says:
"Swap cellulite for smooth skin with this corrective lotion that regulates the mechanism of cellulite formation through a potent blend of six dimple-diminishing ingredients."
Where is my cellulite? Hips and buttocks, of course. So to see if it works, I am applying DermaFirm to the left hip and buttock for the next few days to report on the results. My first impression is that it smells good, goes on smoothly, and leaves an immediate impression of firmness.
DermaQuest says i can expect increased microcirulation, which drains the edema (swelling) of localized far, making me look slimmer and firmer. So it takes the water out of my fat. Admittedly, a better diet and more exercise also helps, and the company says so. You can also use this with cellulite and body contouring "devices," which means after you have some sort of liposuction.
The ingredients in DermaFirm reduce and prevent storage of fat cells by regulating lipolysis and lipogenesis, the pathways that lead to fat deposits.
QUICK TAKE: Reading between the lines, I think DermaQuest DermaFirm is part of a total program to reduce the appearance of body fat. But it isn't a magic "remedy," and isn't marketed as such. DermaQuest is a serious product developer.

blah..cellulite, my only true enemy. I am 21 and it seems to get worse every month. I ALMOST bought the bliss slimulator today because I have heard great things about it, I would like to try a cream (that works) but they rarely do :(

This cream does make your skin appear firmer and less crinkled when you apply it. It's not perfect, but it does make things look BETTER. Unfortunately, it's not available yet!
