British plastic surgeons are outraged

British plastic surgeons are outraged by a new plastic surgery promotion that offers UK consumers a chance to win a free cosmeticUK plastic surgeons are outraged by the Europa superdraw surgery makeover.  This comes on the heels of another controversial UK cosmetic surgery loyalty card scheme.

The Daily Mail quotes a doctor who expresses his clear disgust with a cosmetic surgery promotion of any sort:

"The offer of a cosmetic surgery procedure as a prize is an awful manifestation of the trivialisation of medical care in general, and aesthetic surgery in particular.

"Any patient making irreversible decisions in circumstances of hype, excitement and emotion, are putting themselves at very great risk.

"Any normal patient-doctor relationship is completely abandoned in any such framework of medical care. This is a practice I unreservedly and utterly condemn."

Perhaps here in the States we're more accustomed to free makeovers (recall Extreme Makeover), where frankly, this doesn't seem so "awful."  In fact, can I enter to win the Europa offer?

I'm frumpy & dirt poor. I want to have the fat transfered from my belly, back, neck, face& arms to make a pare of small D, to very full C cups. I want 1 to 2ribs removed from each side. I then want the excess skin tucked or otherwise fixed in all areas fat was removed. I need to win a free make over because i feel ugly the way i am.
