$250 Eye Cream from 3 Lab--is it worth it?
It's lower on the payscale than the 1.7 oz. Chanel Sublimage, which if you recall retails for $350, but 3Lab WW Eye Cream is $250 and it's only 0.5 oz. Talk about "precious". I'm tempted to hop in the car and head over to 3Lab's headquarters in Englewood, NJ--yes, New Joisey, not Paris or Tokyo--and see what's so special about this little gem--like clinical test results and those "unretouched" before & after pics.
3 Lab, a brand that claims to be harnessing "the advanced science of perfecting your skin," has come up with a this new eye cream to battle UV damage and smooth out wrinkles. The WW Eye Cream promises to work on aging skin on a cellular level, erasing unsightly eye bags and improving the skin texture around the eye area. This is how 3Lab explains the ingredients in WW Eye Cream:
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3) suppresses melanin and combats any UV damage
- Alpha Glucosyl Hesperidin - an active component of citrus peel - stimulates circulation and evens tone
- Matriyxl 3000 - stimulates fibroblasts for increased collagen production resulting in a significant reduction of wrinkles
- Portulaca Extract, a powerful anti-inflammatory, helps fight under eye puffiness
- 3Lab's proprietary complex Nano-Claire GY rebuilds the cellular matrix
