For every celebrity like Kate Winslet who vows to never get plastic surgery, there is another who voices his/her support for it, like Sofia Vergara. While the most famous supporters have already been under the knife, plenty of other stars have said they are open to having work done down the road.
1. Scarlett Johansson

For Scarlett Johansson, cosmetic enhancements are not a matter of if, but when. "I will definitely have plastic surgery - I don't want to become an old hag!" said Johansson. "I think if you're comfortable with yourself, that's sexy, but if you're not, then go for it."
2. Lisa Kudrow

"It's sometimes just so hard to watch yourself, like 'Oh god, what's happening to me?'" said Friends star Lisa Kudrow of her appearance. For now, she plans to put off having work done until she really needs it. "Boy, I really hope I can put it off until I'm 60 or 70," she said to New York Magazine. "I'll keep you posted."
3. Zoe Saldana

Us Magazine reports that heckling inspired Avatar and Star Trek beauty Zoe Saldana to want breast implants down the road. "'Buy yourself a pair of titties.' I heard somebody tell me this once and I was like, 'You know what? You're absolutely right. Thank you for that,'" said Saldana. She views it as confidence boosting, explaining, "If an old man was having a midlife crisis and can buy a Porsche and date a 17-year-old, I can buy myself a pair and be the sexiest soccer mom you've ever seen."
4. Octavia Spencer

Although most of the women on this list are waiting for the unspecified future to seek plastic surgery, recent Oscar winner Octavia Spencer does not intend to wait much longer. She plans to splurge on herself by getting a breast lift in November. "Going into my forties, I want my boobs to where they were when I was seventeen."
5. Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow once said she wouldn't use things like Botox out of "pure vanity," but that "correcting" post-baby boobs would be okay. Her tune seems to have changed a little. "Women should do whatever makes them feel good," Paltrow told Extra in December. "For me, I am sure that at a certain point I'll do things here and there."
6. Kim Kardashian

Despite a load of rumors to the contrary, Kim Kardashian still claims to be all natural (not including the Botox). However, she promises that her denials are not a sign of judgment. "I'm not against plastic surgery," Kardashian says, even insisting that she will one day be a patient. "I will definitely need a boob lift after I have kids. Who knows if I will want to do my face one day? My mom did it, I told her to do it."
7. Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis is disinterested in having Botox or other cosmetic procedures anytime soon. But in 10 years? "I'm probably going to want to have something done," Kunis admits. "I have no doubt."
8. Amanda Seyfried

She may only be 26, but Mean Girls and Letters to Juliet star Amanda Seyfried already foresees the day when she goes under the knife. After paying for her sister's rhinoplasty, she wanted one for herself. "I've considered a lot of things - like I want to have a nose job and fix my skin," Seyfried said.
9. Natalie Portman

Although Natalie Portman would like to think she won't need plastic surgery, she acknowledges that the entertainment industry tends to reject older-looking women. By the time she hits 40, Portman says she wouldn't rule out cosmetic enhancements if they would help her career.
10. Diane Keaton

On the subject of plastic surgery, Diane Keaton tells the AARP, "Never say never... I've done all kinds of things I said I wouldn't do and, of course, now I'm glad. Thrilled."
Can you think of any other stars who've said "why not?" to cosmetic procedures?

Please don't try to bullshit us with may they'll get it down the road when they have already gotten it.
I have it when young celebrities say "I'll NEVER get plastic surgery." I mean, when you're 25 and gorgeous, that's easy to say. Maybe you don't want to change anything now, but you can't predict how you'll feel when your cheeks are suddenly sliding down to your chin!
Better to just say, "I'm happy with how I am now, but who knows what the future will bring?"
