I was hesitant on buying this but I always wanted to try a lip plumper. I found this one at Bath & Bodyworks for about $18.
When I got home I tried it, felt a little tingly, but noticed no difference in my lips what so ever.
Couple hours went by, I put more on, still nothing. A little tingle here & there but no "plumping".
I guess it'll just have to be my $18 lip gloss.
