Murad, Weleda and Body Shape for cellulite, stretch marks
tobeornottobe

I do like the Murad product, but agree with Dr. Murad. Let me state that I think Beauty is a lifestyle. I am a bicycler, swimmer and hiker and love healthy food. After using Murad diligently for two weeks, I seem to be able to tell a difference in the back of my legs and stomach. I have been using it for 6 weeks (not as diligently and alternating with Weleda Birch Cellulite oil and my skin is continuing to look more toned. Before trying Murad I also used 2 tubes of Body Shape and Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil just to experiment with the different products. I really like the Weleda product. I think the body scrubbing and circulation is as important as any cream, but the Murad and Weleda work nicely to give a more toned look. Body Shape also was effective, but seemed expensive. Even at 54, I have limited cellulite - and my goal mainly is a more lifted skin look.
I use a variety of inexpensive skin brushes on my skin. The massage brushing is not only great for the areas I am massaging, but also a great arm workout. You can even be in a prone position and lift the buttocks during the brushing to get some ab workouts going at the same time. I also recommend a basic coffee scrub - just don't do it in the evening unless you want to be extra perky. Repeat: Beauty is a lifestyle.
