TriXera Emollient Cream is an ultra rich cream emollient that is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic treatment for severely dry, sensitive skin. Formulated with a high percentage of Avene thermal spring water, it softens and soothes even the driest skin and helps to restore the skin's hydrolipidic barrier. It contains 50% Thermal Spring water to soothe and soften the skin.

I had an allergic reaction to a face wash (designed for sensitive skin as it happens) and my face broke out in itchy sore dry eczema, known as contact dermatitis. Obviously I was horrified. So I bought a soap free cleansing bar from Avene and their Trixera emollient cream. To be honest it stung a little when i first put the cream on, and my face went slightly more red. But after a few days of using the products my skin is almost completely back to normal. I am still using the soap free bar as I like that it cleans thoroughly and doesnt dry out my skin too much. I use the Trixera once every couple of days to keep my dry skin at bay. I do find that it looks and feels a little greasy so I dont like to use it every day. Both products do have the benefit of being hypoallergenic and non-comodegenic.

my doctor told me about this cream because my skin(face) was too dry and when i use to put sunblocker on my face i felt like it burned , then I started using the avene trixera and my face is no longer dry looks healthier and soft, and doesnt hurt when I put sunblocker on my face, before i used to buy a lot of kind of cream ,but not anymore this the best cream i ever used , its amazing , u can feel the soft of u sking already when u use it for the first time , I think I will use this cream all my life , smell like oat and egg , all natural, very pleasant.
