L'oreal product reviews, blogs and discussion

The L’oreal Paris Company Line
“L’oreal Paris provides affordable luxury for people who demand excellence in beauty.”

The Bottom Line
According to L’oreal, you’re worth it! And so are Eva Longoria, Penelope Cruz, Diane Keaton, and Beyonce. L’oreal’s portfolio includes skin care, cosmetics, hair care & color, and L’oreal prides itself on presenting a full product selection of skin care that touts relief for a wide range of skin needs: acne care, anti-aging care—for those just hitting “that age”, and more for those who are proud to be at “that age” and beyond. L’oreal’s Advanced RevitaLift line claims to provide wrinkle relief, and the Age Perfect & Age Perfect Pro-Calcium lines take aim at the needs of more mature skin. L'oreal's Skin Genesis promises "layer by layer" care for skin that's stronger, brighter, tighter. The latest addition to the L'oreal Revitalift line is Revitalift UV, which contains Mexoryl SX--the recently FDA-approved sunscreen--for "exceptional protection against the UVA rays that lead to wrinkles".

Did you know?

Not sure how long you’ve been hearing the advertising slogan “Because I’m worth it.”? It first hit the airwaves for the launch of L’oreal’s Superior Preference haircolor in 1973, and it stuck so well that it’s now the slogan for the entire L’oreal brand.

Next: Nivea, Neutrogena, Olay

I used to buy L'loreal translucide healthy glow number 16 and loved it. I am now buying this product on Ebay and paying up to £20 for it. I have tried infallible no 125 and true Match W1 but i find both these products too dry for more mature skin types (55). I thought about buying Cashmere but it says not for dry skin. Can you help me buy the right product, something that matches my favourite translucide no 16. Cathy

L'Oreal Revitalift: Have bought "two" Advanced Revitalift double lifting for face & neck. Each one has dispensed 3 or 4 times from the double inner tubes. Each did not dispense after that. They are both more than half full. I tried rinsing hot water over where each dispenses and still cannot get the product inside to dispense. Didn't save receipts so I couldn't return them where purchased. Is there a trick to getting these containers to work or is it a design issue. Sorry I can't take a chance & buy any L'OREAL with pump dispensing packaging. Would like to get my money's worth for the two I have & get them working. PLEASE advise. NM Smith
