The Korres Company Line

“From homeopathic remedies to natural products…Korres Natural Products is a Greek company with roots in Athens’ first ever Homeopathic Pharmacy. Set up in 1996 with the aim to utilize its extensive scientific resources for the creation of beneficial and safe products, the company today offers a complete skin and hair care range, makeup, sun care products and herbal preparations. A team of experienced scientists worked closely to make this happen, sharing common goals and values.”

The Bottom Line

Korres, which celebrates its Greek heritage, has a line that includes natural ingredients easily associated with Greek cuisine, such as olives. Korres Royal Jelly and Grape Seed comes in capsule formula and promises to replenish epidermal lipids while delivering antioxidants to target free radicals. Korres Olive and Rye Night Cream claims to nourish skin overnight and “firm and restructure mature skin”. The Korres Yoghurt Mask (yes, with full fat 10% yoghurt) is touted as a “Star Product” and promises a soothing and cooling experience with long-lasting hydration.

Did you know?

According to Korres, the first Korres product was an aromatic herbal syrup with honey and aniseed, a recipe inspired by "rakomelon", a warming spirit-with-honey concoction, which George Korres' grandfather used to favor in his hometown on the island of Naxos.

Next: DHC, Dr. Hauschka, Pevonia Botanica

I've purchased a few products from the Korres line and I'm happy with the results so far. however, although this claims to be a natural preduct and environmentally friendly, I can not find any statement claiming they are animal friendly. I'm trying to find out where it's listed that these products are NOT animal tested. Plese advise.
