Bobbi Brown

The Bobbi Brown Company Line
“My mission is to help women appreciate their own unique features.”

The Bottom Line
The Bobbi Brown philosophy centers not on transforming a woman’s looks, but embracing them and giving them the tools, tricks and treatments to bring out their best. While the Bobbi Brown line launched with a lipstick, a complete makeup line followed—one in which all formulas and shades aren’t meant to be “trendy” but meant to become the ongoing staples in your makeup wardrobe. Bobbi Brown’s portfolio now also includes skin care, fragrance and tools. The Bobbi Brown Extra skin care line touts benefits for dry skin, and claims that its formulas, boosted by natural ingredients, help to diminish fine lines and wrinkles as well.

Did you know?

Tired of wanting to look like the models of her growing-up years (e.g., blond, blue-eyed Cheryl Tiegs)—but not having such a look herself, Bobbi Brown finally had “an epiphany” when she saw Ali McGraw in Love Story and saw her own look in that of Ms. McGraw’s. And so the Bobbi Brown philosophy had begun to take root.
