The nose is the focal point of the face. When it’s out of balance with your other features, it can detract from them, which may impact your confidence. At my Aesthetic Surgery Center in San Francisco, I offer both traditional rhinoplasty and nonsurgical “liquid” rhinoplasty using dermal filler. A nonsurgical nose job can raise a droopy tip, smooth out a bump, or temporarily correct other imperfections, while rhinoplasty surgery can refine a wide or bulbous tip, make a large nose smaller, or correct a dorsal hump, asymmetry, drooping, flared nostrils, or even breathing difficulties.
