Case of the month - Extreme crowding- Tooth Extraction
Article by Raj Kumar, BDS, LDSRCS

Miss G, had severe lower anterior crowding. The space needed was sufficient to warrant a tooth extraction. Her cleaning needed improving as well. Her teeth were crowded and were also vertically over erupted.
We took impressions and did some cleaning. The scans were prepared for Miss G and we removed 1 anterior lower incisor.
Miss G changed her aligners every 2 weeks and we saw her every 6 weeks.
After about 1 year the lower teeth were finished and they look great. No one can work out that she has 3 lower incisors.
We are just finishing the upper aligner movements.
