2 years post-op revision rhinoplasty & love my nose
I had my first rhinoplasty in 2016 with a reputable but old school surgeon in Newport. My result was a better nose, but it still bothered me quite a bit. It was still bigger than average, droopy tip, and slightly crooked. I went back to the surgeon and he told me that I couldn’t make it any better. I was disappointed and decided I’d do a revision with someone else. I saw Dr. Motykie’s work on Instagram, sent in photos for a quote, and was able to book for 5 or 6 months out I believe.

Facial fat grafting and rhino - super happy with both surgeries
Long overdue review. I was terrified of getting facial surgery as didn't want anything too drastic. I went to several doctors for consultations, and many said they wouldn't even do the fat graft. At age 35 I started to lose a lot of collagen and was getting too many fillers. To cut a long story short Dr Motykie did an amazing job, he is a pro at fat grafting. In 2020, I began my second search for a revision. I saw another review on here of a nose Motykie corrected (since was removed) that was a very similar case to myself. I went in for a revision with another doctor who was suppose to be a revision specialist. I came out with a nose that resembled one of the seven dwarfs from snow white. I was WAY over grafted. Alarplasty with tip refinement and jawline lipo - subtle but noticeable
LOVE my results. They're subtle but noticeable and beautifying, just what I asked for. My jawline is snatched at and even on bad swelling days where I sleep on my face, it's still sooo much sharper and more refined than before.
