I had an explant last year (different provider) and was left with severe adhesions and limited breast tissue on my lower pole. I was desperate to have it fixed. Dr. Yates was able to release the adhesions and added a bit of fat (only 25-50 cc's). The fat was added 1) for volume and 2) to act as a "barrier" to keep the adhesions from re-attaching.
